The Iowa Finance Authority's interest rates as of Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. are below.

In the event reservation period expires, the loan may be relocked within ten days of scheduled closing at higher of original or current rate and fees, as applicable.    

• All loans subject to minimum 640 credit score (except where no credit score, non-traditional credit documentation allowed.) *Note: This is a minimum requirement; a higher score may be required in some circumstances. Follow agency guidelines for loan type or type of housing (e.g. manufactured housing).  
• **Secondary Market fee (conventional loans) is a one-time fee that includes only adverse market fees. There are no loan level price adjustments with the HFA Preferred product.     
• Manufactured housing restricted to government mortgages.
