This is such a hard challenge, because I could fill a room with the ones I want to meet. To make it easy on myself, I am choosing those who live right around Carmel-by-the-Sea where I just opened an office. These ARers who actually promised they'd come and visit.
Kathleen Daniels is a real estate broker/owner in California just like I am. Reading her blogs, you know she works hard and often stands up for what's right.
Kathleen has her brokerage in San Jose, Santa Clara County about 76 miles from my office in Carmel-by-the-Sea. It's about a 1-1/4 drive. You know we will get together, one way or the other.
Her qualifications are wide ranging and you probably know about some of these. She is a Certified REO specialist, Short Sale Negotiator, Short Sale Specialist, and HAFA Specialist. She belongs to the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS, CAR & NAR (of course). She also belongs to Toastmasters and is a proud supporter of the Humane Society Silicon Valley. If you have a soft spot for animals, we are instant pals!
But did you know that Kathleen has a BA from the University of Santa Cruz, as well as from San Jose State University and Foothill Jr. College, Los Altos, CA. Oh, and she has a Project Management Certification from Boston University?
What I admire about Kathleen Daniels is her spunk. When she has been WRONGED, the opposing party will hear about it and be blogged about. For example, right now Kathleen has an issue with IDX BROKER. Check out her blog. All of us have problems with our suppliers, and usually we just want them to give our money back and go away. Not Kathleen, she wants what she ordered! I so admire that in her.
So if you are a buyer or a seller in the San Jose, Santa Clara County, California area, you want Kathleen Daniels to be your negotiator and fight your battle for you. And she'll wrestle it to the ground and get it done.
