Lake Arrowhead Lakefront prices just keep going up, up, up.......

Even in todays market, the Lake Arrowhead Lakefronts keep going up in price......

Below is a graph showing the prices for lakefronts from 2003 to 2007. These are prices taken from the Rim of the World Association of Realtors. A lakefront is always a good investment!

We are seeing the same type of appreciation in Big Bear too Tami. Our prices are not as high, but the lakefront sales price averages in Big Bear went from about $700,000 to $1,500,000 the past 5-6 years.

This is good news for sellers of lakefronts properties.
