Houses that are conducive to multi-generational living will become more popular. "Aging in place" support systems means more families will be looking for homes that will comfortably accommodate aging parents.

Thanks David Halpern. I have 2 of these types of multi generational properties that I have listed. The costs of assisted living homes will deplete those family savings faster than a bulldog through a bowl of tripe! Many of these farms can be csa properties, the barns turned into flea market antique stores or used book stores, all the while giving shelter, purpose, and family comfort, including grandchildren to aging parents.
