Rivington- This new Construction is well under way. Toll Brothers has been carefully crafting quality townhomes in Western Danbury,CT. The FHA approved community is expected to be built over the next several years and will have close to 2000 units. There are many new enticing restuarants found along Mill Plain Road, new shopping options at the nearby Danbury Fair Mall and Belimo is under-construction for a new 250,000 square foot corporate headquarters on Turner Road. There is no project or area like this in the state of Connecticut booming as much Danbury.
This area is included in between exit 1 and exit 2 off of I-84 in Danbury,CT. It is as close to New York as your are going to get. The train station is 12 minutes ago. Northern Manhattan is under a one hour drive. Recreational, education and cultural opportunities are in easy access.
Anyway, back to Rivington. The Rivington Club is under construction. There will be additional recreational facilities. Site work is oncoming for more units to be built in the Mews collection, which offers carefree one story units, and to get the Ridge collection,featuring luxurious townhomes with a main level master suite. Rivinggton is master planned community with neighborhoods of townhomes, condos, and age-restricted units.
