Alexandra, actually it was the house next door that I got locked out of and had to shimmy my way down off the 2nd floor deck, but you were close! (The seller of the larger property called me today and I told him the home next door was in sale pending...on the one hand it's less inventory, but I could tell the news was rather bittersweet...).

Sharon, I WISH we would celebrate...I think he's getting too used to my sales and doesn't have that moment of surprise anymore! (Thank you for the roses, they will be the only ones I get.)

Janis, this was one of my favorites the FIRST time I sold it...to these sellers now.

Fernando, it's a killer price (you're right), considering what they bought it for 6 years ago....oh, well, the market's coming back.
