I had a client that said he was going to be ready after the 5th of November to start looking.
WE can look after work...I will be back in town about 5:30 or so.
Well, but that time we will be deep into Daylight Savings Time.
It will be dark close to 5pm. If you don't care what the outside yard looks like, well, then that is ok. but there won't be any looking at the roof, siding and foundation.
We will be doing a lot more Saturday shows coming up.
Not being able to see a home in daylight is definitely not a good thing. Even if you show homes in the evenings, anything buyers like the inside of, they will want to see in the daylight on another day.
Yes, we are approaching or at that time of year when it's tough to show homes in the evening. I tell clients we can't properly evaluate a home in the dark. It's lot easier in the summer months!
Florida State Legislators will again propose that we do away with Standard Time, and stay on Daylight Time. I hope so!
Bill, Yes, more weekend showings on the way! It's what we do anyway, accommodate our clients schedules.
Good points, William. Doesn't do any good to go through homes in the dark and then come back again during daylight to see what they really look like.
