When This East Sacramento Agent Gets Knocked Down, She Gets Back Up

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

east sacramento craftsman for saleI suspected someday that it would eventually happen, and I've taken great pains to make sure it never happens, but when that day finally arrived, which was yesterday, this East Sacramento agent just about collapsed and cried. I was devasted. The lighting had been perfect, and I had captured it with my camera.

But you know what? I didn't sob. Not one tear dropped from my eye. I simply threw away that old SD card that suddenly malfunctioned, the card that had 192 photos on it, which I had painstakinly shot over the course of almost 90 minutes, and now was completely unreadable. I slipped in a new SD card and drove back to the stunning Craftsman in East Sacramento to reshoot my photography.

Technology is great when it works. Fortunately it is a beautiful home in which to spend some extra time. Best of luck selling quickly.

192 that's a lot of photos to lose.  Thank goodness you were able to take them again.

Hi Joan: We've had a lot of interest generated over the past 24 hours and showings are happening, so it could just be a matter of time. Not every person truly longs for a historic home -- many buyers want to strip out the original character, so I am hopeful this home finds a buyer who will treasure its features.

Hi James: You're telling me! I was staring at the card contents on my monitor and wondering how 192 photos could be so corrupted. The light was so perfect, and when I went back, it wasn't perfect enough, so I'm doing it again. Lighting is everything.

Elizabeth - actually, there are ways to get all or part of the images off the disk, but it may not be worth the hassle. I once had this problem, and the event I shot was a night boat parade on the river, and I could nt simply go and take photos agaiin, so I asked the guys to see if tey could get the photos, and they did.
