It was a Thursday and the head came off the shower in my bathroom. One call to Ed the plumber to see his availability and let him know right away that this was not an emergency. I described the problem and within 15 minutes Baltimore's Best Plumber was at my house.

For years I have used Ed personally and for numerous clients. Seems there is nothing to do with plumbing that he has not seen. Just recently he was able to save a sale by correcting a septic system.

If this were an emergency, how long would it have taken Ed to get to my home?

Using my camera, I took a photo so he would have it to show the supply house. Since he did not have this brand on the truck he placed a temporary shower head and ordered a new one.

That's why I call Ed Linsenmeyer...

Hi Margaret, Trades people are so much more reliable back East. Your photo with the drop of water is awesoe. That is a difficult shot to get.
