Why Buyers NEED Buyers' Agents

By
Real Estate Agent with Re/Max Executive Realty

Spent the day showing homes in Metrowest Boston to a couple who have been looking seriously for a couple of months.  Actually they came to me last year with a need for an inlaw for their parents - And they wanted to be within a few towns that would allow their young children to go to the same school my client worked in.

Well since then their needs have changed - And I don't think their needs were crystalized into a plan until today -  Today we looked at four towns, Franklin, Attlebor,Blackstone and Hopedale in Metrowest Boston Area.  Very different towns.  The only thing that was the same was the price point.  Happy to say we made great strides today and made some critical decisions that take us closer to getting them to the home of their needs.  If you'd like to read more about our travels today and what we surmised at the end of our tour, Why Buyers NEED Buyers Agents.  I think it explains well why a buyer needs a buyers agent that can allow them to express their needs and then find their clients a home that meets those needs.   Success with a buyers agent

Buyers who buy without an agent are like lawyers who represent themselves... fools.
