What makes California so special to this San Jose real estate agent?
There are two primary reasons:
#1 It's home - I was born here
#2 The beautiful California coast
The photo above was taken at my favorite place in Half Moon Bay. I love this beach so much because most of the time I visit there (in the middle of the week) there are few, if any, people on the beach. It is dog friendly as well. I prefer places in nature that have few people. The ocean is the place I go when life is out of balance. I can stare at the ocean for hours. I find it very calming. The ocean is very powerful too. We never want to turn our backs on the ocean. It is to be respected, that is for certain.
There is a lot to be said about the State of California. Many say it is too expensive to live here. That may be true but that is the price we pay for all the culture and diversity we have in California.
I've traveled many places in my lifetime. Perhaps I love California so much because it is home. I cannot imagine living anywhere else. No other place on earth speaks to me like "my place in Half Moon Bay."
