Are you using Pinterest right now to promote your listings and website? here is another great tip to help you get your site ranking better with GOOGLE.
Pinterest is a great way not only to build inbound links to your website but to actually showcase listing!
What I do is I will pin images from listings from my website, so that when viewers click on them it takes them right back to my CRM & IDX website (see below)
Not only does it give you another way to share your listings with consumers, but also it does help your ranking in GOOGLE! Don't forget when Pinning make sure the property description has Keywords with a Hash tag for example if the listing was in Franklin Lakes I would add #FranklinLakes #LuxuryHomes to the description as well.
