Myth number one... true or false. Homes in Maine don't sell, stop moving in winter.
True? (ANNOYING BUZZER SOUND) False.
Real estate, Maine homes, houses sell year round because job transfer happen all four seasons.
People's lives don't stop when a few Maine snow flakes happen. Or the red, silver mercury dips below a balmy 68 degrees.
And if some folks stop the marketing band wagon on their home next door, yours shines brightly if kept listed. On the market and being promoted to the hilt with aggressive promotion to get more exposure, attention. Because fewer places are in the available inventory. Like a dance, the less folks at the hoe down to consider being your partner for the shuck and jive, twist and shout means you just improved the chances. Better odds for everyone to get to Texas two step. Continuously all night long. Woo hoo. Why waste good music sitting like a lump on a log as the clock winds down?
Myth number two ... if I list in the winter I have to move pronto, stat. Pretty much quick like a bunny. Hold the buzzer...anyone knows that lists, markets, sells listings for sale in Maine that contingencies about the possession date 
happen. All the time to make the matchmaking line up and time tables everyone can sign on and approve of to happen.
