Michael, It's good to see this happen in Cedar Trace.  When a builder pulls out of a community like it did Cedar Trace, it really sticks it to the buyers who trusted them to finish the community.

My favorite homes to sell are new construction. It is what I started Real Estate doing and sure miss it as many builders stopped 5-6 years ago and have not started up full storm yet. These are some beautiful homes.
