Do You Play the Piano? If not, we have a problem!!
I am going way back to bring you this scenario. As a Real Estate Agent, we find things left over, after the seller moves out. I didn't know they were going to leave that!!!! What are we going to do with that? You know what I mean.

Well, my daughter, about 8 years old at the time, was taking piano lessons. In the classifieds was another girl, who was getting a new baby grand piano. They wanted to sell the one they had, which was recently tuned and in excellent condition.
We called AA movers (2 College guys with a hand dolly and a pick up.) We gave them the address to pick it up, in which the piano was just inside the front door of the house and only one step down.
They showed up at our house and said, "Where do you want it". After I said straight in the side door and straight down to the basement. Oh!, did I forget to mention that it was an old upright player piano that had been converted to a regular piano? No, I guess I forgot that. One of the movers, said that the piano must weigh at least 800 lbs and IF (with a big IF) they got it down into the basement, We would never get it out!
Well, several years later, we sold the house and you know what? The piano went with the house.
What unusual thing was left in a house that sold, you had to work with?
