Hello.

I live in an Equestrian Neighborhood.  It is called Shadow Hills.  Believe it or not, there is an area north of Burbank, California where large parceled lots have nice homes and room for horses.  This area is near Glendale, Pasadena, Sunland, Tujunga, LakeView Terrace and Kagel Canyon. 

 As a mortgage loan officer, I am blessed.... I have been able to afford equestrian property and have the time to learn to ride horses in my later years in life.

 I do specialize in working in these areas and Equestrian Properties are right up there with one of the niches I work in.
