Two more days of selling furniture for me this month, Wednesday and Thursday.
ROGER BRINGS US A GOOD EXAMPLE OF ACHIEVING A GOAL 101.
My goodness. Not only does Roger set goals, he tracks his progress towards meeting his goals.
Not unlike real estate sales, some transactions take a bit of time and attention before they turn into sales. I suspect that most of Roger's transaction are completed in shorter periods of time than real estate transactions.
However, if we're in business long enough, know our way around our market, real estate financing, etc., we too can have that occasional sale where we have first contact, tour properties, get loan approval, submit written contract and MAKE THE SALE in a matter of a few days.
IT HAPPENS!!!

Two more days of selling furniture for me this month,
Wednesday and Thursday.
Last month, I didn't reach my goal, I was a few thousand dollars short, but well exceeded my goal for a two month period since August was such a fantastic month for me.
This month, I knew I would reach my goal, but wasn't sure by just how much. My sale yesterday put me at 138% of my goal for the month.
Two more days of selling furniture for me this month,
Wednesday and Thursday.
