Something for home buyers to think about

Once you find a realtor that you like and are satisfied with, it is really best to stick with that one realtor.

When you drive around in neighborhoods and some homes spark your interest, simply write down the address and the realty office's information down, but don't call the phone number on the sign.  Instead, please give this information to your realtor so that he or she can research the home for you and also so that there will not be any conflict if you like the home after seeing it.

Why?  One realtor can help you with any homes for sale that are listed.  Once you find a realtor that you like, you should feel like you have a friend, a professional, that is looking out for your best interest.  Your realtor should be on your side and going to bat for you.  Over time, you form a relationship with your realtor, why start over with someone else, as long as you are satisfied with your realtor?  If you have some concerns with your realtor, let them know what they are so challenges can be worked through.  They may not even be aware of the area of concern.  It's good to be on your realtor's side too.

Working for your best interests,
