    Carole: It's inevitable...people will move to California in droves for work, play or whatever other reason. I think you could make quite a bundle long term investing in this. Of course, you could also just market California homes to your investors...and pick up the referral fee from Graham. Choose wisely.

    Jen: Just two years ago, if your door had hinges and the postman could find your mailbox you couldn't sell for less than $250k...it's a wild ride. Soon I'll be advertising homes for 36 Bazooka Joe wrappers.
