Next, kudos to Luis and his colleague Justin who closed a loan in just 10 working days - these guys picked up the pieces of a transaction and brought to the closing table a loan that a Kentucky mortgage broker rejected after working on it for nearly 2 months. This was not your ordinary slam-dunk loan, the buyer had extenuating employment circumstances and the property was a short sale with deferred maintenance issues. This dynamic duo jumped each hurdle and ducked each curve ball the underwriter threw at them. This loan would not have closed without the dedication and determination these guys put forth.
