As I had stated in my first post about whom I would love to meet, it would take over 300 posts to go through everyone on my subscriber list, and all those many others whom I have come to know here in our AR community. But, my second choice would be Ms. Kathy Streib.
Kathy is a Home Stager from Delray Beach, FL. Her home staging covers Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County and Beyond! She has written many featured posts on Home Staging Homes in her areas, and I especially loved that five part series she did on " Preparing your home for sale". If you fall behind on your readings in the Rain, you can always look for her weekly posts about “What I Have Learned this week in AR”. You'll be amazed at reading the tips and information. She is one of the most Active AR Ambassadors in our community, and always has a willing and helpful spirit.
I learned early on that Kathy was a former Texan from the Houston area, and she has been a good friend since I have known her here in the Rain. I would love to go to Palm Beach Florida area and meet her face to face. Plus, that area of the country also has some of my other favorites too. Kathy is a terrific blogger, and her hyper-local posts are very informative and well written. If you are not a subscriber, you need to start following her today. You'll be glad you did.
