Expired Again? Why, and Is the Third Time the Charm?

Going through expired listings and identifying why a property may have not sold a first, second or even third time can be useful for everyone.  Sometimes agents miss things and a more seasoned agent can pick them up, other times the seller may be overpriced, or it's a condition issue.  New and fresh and more marketing might be a big reason you might sell the house where others didn't.  Trying to point out a few reasons why the house might not have sold and what you might do differently if you were to list the property can be very productive.
