Michael Jacobs, Pasadena REALTOR is Someone I’d like to Meet!
Active Rain has a special challenge this month – “Who would you like to meet on Active Rain”. This is not an easy one for me. There are many Active Rain members I’d like to meet and it isn’t easy to only pick three.
Michael Jacobs is a Pasadena REALTOR is one of those members I’d really like to meet someday!
Michael Jacobs is an Active Rain member here that is always at work, and I mean always! His consistent blogging efforts are something to not only be admired, but envied!
Michael is really organized, and thoughtful. He writes his daily blogs with a purpose. He writes some of the best localism posts around.
He’s done such a great job in identifying not only the Pasadena condo developments in the area on an individual basis, but also nearby surrounding areas in Los Angeles that merge with the Pasadena market. His extensive condo and townhome market data bases is impressive. Tell him what you are looking for and if there is a complex that offers those features he is the agent that is going to know it.
Michael’s on-going market reports, project and neighborhood over-views make him one of the most knowledgably and informed Pasadena REALTORS around.
Why do I want to meet Michael? Well there are many reasons why. Michael is smart, and funny. Nothing pleases me more than when I read one of his “members only” posts that tells us what we’re already thinking. I think NAR should take his “member only” posts mandatory reading for new agents on what not to do as a real estate agent.
His list of real estate agent pet peeves is almost identical to mine. I think we’re both amazed at the lack of common
sense agents extend to each other. There are days that his blog appears and it’s as if we’ve been at the same water cooler talking about the same agent and why we're both peeved at them!
I’d love to tap into his brain and organization center to find out just how he creates the time to put together these great local neighborhood and condo/townhouse blogs each day! He’s put a great deal of effort into his posts with data, research, personal insights, and photos!
If you’re lucky enough to talk to Michael on the phone, or via email, you’ll find a really nice person on the other end that is always willing to help out. He’s saved me more than once with a quick message to tell me to check a date, or wrong spelling.
Michael’s perspective is one I’ve enjoyed learning about by following his blog here in Active Rain for the past two years.
He sets a great example on what to do as a real estate professional, and how to do local blogging right. If you're looking for inspiration and motivation, follow Michel's Blog and just try to match him blog for blog and see how you measure up! He is impressive!
