PLEASE CLEAN UP YOUR YARD

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams- Louisville
I know there has been a lot of bad weather this winter. With all the ice and snow there has been a lot of tree branches that have broke and are lying in peoples yards. If your house is for sale, please take the time to clean them up. Home buyers will not like the way your yard looks, they will already have a bad impression of your house before they even see the inside of it. even if you dont have any trees please clean out any litter that may be in your yard. In this time of a lot of homes being on the market you need to make your home look better than the rest. Even with a Realty Marketplace sign with Bart Whitmore on it ,while it may make your property look better, a clean yard would make it better still.

You are so right! Curb appeal is very real.  The impression one gets before they even hit the front door can be good or bad.  It's really up to the seller.  But having a lot of junk in the yard just sets you up for a bad first impression.
