AN OCTOBER CHALLENGE: Who Would You Like To Meet Live and In Person, Part III
The Middle Tennessee Rainer I would like to meet
TAMMIE WHITE http://activerain.com/profile/franklintnhomes
The first thing I want to share about Tammie White is that she is an ActiveRain® Ambassador. She is one of those folks that steps up immediately to make a new Rainer® feel welcome, to answer questions, and to share more than your bucket can hold. Thank you Ambassadors, for being there for us.
Tammie White is a Franklin-a-holic. It is incurable, but not deadly. Folks have been known to live past the century mark without a cure. If you doubt my diagnosis, go to her website: http://www.franklinhomesforsaleonline.com Tammie White lives and works in Franklin, Tennessee. She also works Brentwood, Spring Hill and Thompson Station.
When I was a mortgage loan officer, I worked a deal where Tammy was the listing agent. She was courteous, professional, organized, informed, and great to work with. I doubt she remembers me, but I remember her. Be careful—you might catch her enthusiasm for real estate. She consumes facts and turns them into fascination. Another thing about Tammie is that “she is a keeper”—someone we southerners want to hang onto for as long as we can. Now, some folks come here, think we are all red-necks and dumb as the television portrayals, and wonder when we began wearing shoes. Keepers are the ones who see us as genuine, gentle, honest and hard-working folks; and the respect us. Tammie White is a keeper.
Tammie White is smart, well-informed and willing to share her knowledge. Read her posts, and check out her website. Tammie is tech-savvy and very observant. We can learn from her. Tammie is prepared: prepared to give her best, do what is best for her client, and she expects other professionals to give their best. I hope she believed I gave my best when we worked together.
I want to meet Tammie White because I admire her approach to real estate, and because I feel like I already know her; BUT I HAVE NEVER MET HER IN PERSON. We communicated by telephone (back in the days before texting).
