Since my first AOL account I've loved technology and how it can be used in real estate. I have been particularly excited to be one of the first to use a new product called Listing Pages as a lead generation tool.
Listings Pages is a super IDX feed from your MLS that combines with PPC to deliver a steady stream of leads into its inbox. Listings are the eye candy that cause buyers to want to see more.
But, it doesn't stop there. In addition to automatically sending out new listings that meet a buyer's (0r your) search criteria; it's also interactive. between the agent and buyer.
Here's how it works. Each incoming buyer (or you) creates a "buyer circle" unique to them. This circle also automatically includes an agnet.
If that buyer chooses, they can invite others to their circle. Everyone in that unique circle can then comment and "like" photos, maps, or whatever and those comments and likes then go to every other person in the circle.
You can keep up with what each buyer circle is looking at, add your input, and interact with them in real time.
Listing Pages was mobile optimized from the ground up so it loads quickly and displays correctly on smart phones, iPads, and other mobile devices.
