Shannon Milligan: An AR Member I'd Like to Meet

Last year, I wrote a post titled He Left Me Without Saying Goodbye. This was in response to a subscriber leaving.

An agent emailed me and confessed that she was the agent who had left. She shared why she had decided to unsubscribe and I respected her for coming forward and sharing her reasons.

We exchanged several emails about the reasons to subscribe to other's blogs. She ended up re-subscribing and a friendship was formed.

That agent was Shannon Milligan of Richmond VA. She connected with me again earlier this year when she was going through BOLD with KW. As a previous KW agent, I knew how difficult that program can be and told her to call anytime.

Since that time, we have exchanged many emails and phone calls. It's easy to see why Shannon Milligan is one of the AR members I would like to meet.  Shannon is doing a top-notch job of representing buyers and sellers in Richmond VA. It's easy to see she will have many successful years selling real estate.
