There were 151 new listings in the month of September. 44 pending and 97 sold. This report will be divided into three categories as follows:

Compared to September 2012 the number of sold listings went up from 58 to 80 in 2013. The average sold price increased 14.12% from $236,217 in 2012 to $269,591. The average days on market was shortened from  116 days to 85 days in 2013.

Compared to September 2012 the number of sold listings went down from 15 to 6 in 2013. The average sold price was reduced 15.6% from $161,833 in 2012 to $136,583. The average days on market increased from 218 days to 309 days in 2013.

Compared to September 2012 the number of sold listings went down from 12 to 11 in 2013. The average sold price increased 12.15% from $139,691 in 2012 to $122,718. The average days on market was increased from 34 days to 81 days in 2013.     

 

The price depends on the location, size of land, pool & condition of the house (handyman, move in condition, kind of floor, updated kitchen/bathroom, air-conditioner, type & age of roof & etc.)
