This Sunday Nov. 3, 2013, I will be having a Key Realty Open House from 2-4 at 2423 Cannons Park. This 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located in St. James Wood. Although this home is located in Toledo, children attend the Sylvania Public School System. Are you concerned and don't want to come to the Open House because you have a Realtor, but your Realtor is out of town, or showing homes to someone else? Once I even received a phone call prior to an Open House... " Sunday is family time for my Realtor and I don't want to bother them, but is it OK if I come to your Open House?". Not to worry..... you won't upset your Realtor by coming to my Open House. Just mention that your working with a Realtor, let me know the Realtor's name, and all is good. Your Realtor will be protected, and your relationship with your Realtor will not be jeopardized. So now all is good, but your spouse wants to stay at home. Leave your spouse at home and come to my Open House. If you like the home you can make arrangements next week to have them view the home.
