Saturday, November 2, 2013 is National Devil's Egg Day!

By
Real Estate Agent with David Tracy Real Estate #555994

TODAY IS NATIONAL DEVIL's EGG DAY!

I just love Deviled Eggs. Our family always has at least two dozen at any function we may have. They are the first thing to disappear from the buffet table.

This dish originated in ancient Rome. All I can say is that Romans did invent so many good things but never did I know that they were into inventing good food too!

I love deviled eggs too. And, yes there is something for each day of the year. Some have more than two!

Kathy... You can't mess up making deviled eggs! If you want I will send you mine.

Yolanda... I know some people put lots of stuff in their eggs. I like mine plain...just pickle relish, real mayonnaise, boiled egg yolks, tiny bit of onion.
