You know in our business there is a LOT of drama because its all about people.  And there are a lot of Ca-RAZY people out there if you haven't noticed.  (I'm avoiding mirrors at this moment...)

But other times what else can you do but laugh?  I just saw a post on here calling a blogger a "westside rentals bozo". That's almost as classic as "no talent ass clown".

And then you get the guys who would like their cousin Guido to find out the morals of a crazy Christian door knocker.  Ah spring, and the crazies are blooming!!

I thought it was only me!  I am glad that everyone else is running into this as well.  One of my sellers asked me if I was attracting all the craziness or her house.  Thanks for the laugh.

Here's another crazy one....

A seller called me about marketing their house.  When the price was brought up by them, I almost choked on my gum!  AND the even FUNNIER part is how they wanted me to earn my commission!!!!  I had to keep from getting angry with them in person & politely told them I wasn't their agent.

To walk away from a listing.....UGH!!!
