Internet Marketing 101 - What you need to know before you get started

I'm asked everyday by Realtors in my area what the best method for improving conversion, or search engine placement is.

The fact is that there is no magic bullet, and before you can run you need to walk.

I've put together a pretty comprehensive video to get everyone up to speed. The video is pretty long, so grab a coffee, take seat, at some points it's actually a little boring I wish I could fixed that for you but the internet can be pretty dull at times.

After this video I'm going to follow up with a series of more specific videos for you, but I think it's really important that everyone starts a stage one.

Good basic information. I've been marketing exclusively on the internet for my entire career with the exception of the time that I took the advise of agents that did not have a website who told me that I have to advertise in print.

Your video is a good basic starting point. There is no magic bullet or magic bean. Its a combination of things that if they all come together in a perfect storm will have you sitting at the top of Google.
