"The Gathering Place"......it all belonged to my Great Grandpa!
We all hold dear, the possessions that were handed down over the years from one generation to another. The rocking chair that my grandmother sat in, while rocking me to sleep. The spittoon my grandfather spit his chewing tobacco in. Magazines, dishes, and other furniture and items reminds us of our childhood memories we don't want to get rid of.

When we list a home for sale, we as a Real Estate Agent, must sell this home for the highest price possible and as quickly as possible. Our first response is, "Look at all this stuff."
This is where everything gets complicated. How do you convince the Seller to make their home presentable and clean when the buyer is present, without giving the impression that they have a bunch of junk, scattered throughout the home, stuffed in closets and sitting on anything with a flat top?
