Is that a New Phase of Belmont Place Subdivision Madison AL?
What, at first glance, appears to be a new phase of the Belmont Place Subdivision, is actually a brand new neighborhood, to be named Baker's Farm.
A Planning Commission Report dated March 15, 2013 shows the subdivision will have two access points; one off Belmont Place Drive and one off Burgreen Road. The preliminary plat shows 53 lots and it appears the homes will be built by Breland Homes.
