Check out the Ada County Market Statistics for 2013. It's been a pretty good year for both buyers and sellers. July was the clear winner for home sales, which isn't surprising, with June and August pretty darn equal. October was still better than February and look at the price differences since the beginning of the year!
Fall has come and it has slowed a bit, so we will have to take a look at what will happen 4th quarter for an over all view of the year.
