TIPPECANOE COUNTY COURTHOUSE

The Tippecanoe County Courthouse in Lafayette, Indiana is one of the most beautiful courthouses in all of Indiana.

Constructed of native limestone our Tippecanoe County treasure is on the National Historic Landmark Register and is over 125 years old. Fifteen years old it survived a terror attack, when a still at-large individual drove a stolen pick up into the building loaded with an improvised bomb and tried to burn the courthouse down. It survived the fire and is just as beautiful as ever.
