Being born in Texas, I love it when I hear about great things coming out of the Lone Star State. For those that have neveever met him (you need to quit hiding under that rock), Jason Crouch has to be the most predominate figure in ActiveRain from Austin.

I came across this company this morning that is headquartered out of Austin called Pragma Systems. If you click on the picture or there name you can go see there website. This company has 16 years soley focus on the telnet and ssh space and has achieve a level of technical knowledge, domain expertise, and industry experience to lead the market in the effectiveness and extensibility of its software solutions.

If you have need for their services, I would highly recommend that you check them out today at http://pragmasys.com/ProductsOverview.asp for a complete list of their products.

Ooh ... looks like we have fresh meat for a highjacking!  Will be back to help launch this post into the stratosphere later.  For the record, though, Danny, no self-respecting hijacking target should be public.

03/15/2008 06:58 PM by Paul Slaybaugh, Scottsdale AZ Real Estate (Realty Executives)

Paul, that is true, but in this case, bring it, sign it, fling it, I am ready for whatever.

03/15/2008 07:15 PM by Danny Thornton (Home America Mortgage, INC.)

Thanks for the mention!  I hope you're having a great and productive Saturday!

Danny, Danny, Danny.  Please, don't do it.  Paul has recently started his spring cleaning of the dark corners of the Slaybaugh brain.  Please don't unleash that on the gentle public.

Hi Danny.  Do us all a favor, Sugar and go Member's Only.  I've got the rebuttal to the hot tub video ready to go.

Danny, this is great information on what sounds like a lovely company.  And that Jason looks like a nice man.  Thank you for this informative post.

Still public.  Danny, there's a leprechaun on Amanda's blog.

03/15/2008 08:20 PM by Lisa Heindel, New Orleans West Bank Real Estate (Latter & Blum Inc. Realtors)

Hey Danny, glad to see you blogging.  Thought about you earlier with the storms that were rolling through.  All is well I presume?

03/15/2008 08:31 PM by Amanda Hall * Broker * Hall Team Homes Fort Worth, Texas (Serving all of DFW and McCormick Ranch)

There were storms in Texas today?  Rats, that means there will be storms here tomorrow.  We are always a day behind ya'll.

Danny, did you know that In Irish mythology, a leprechaun (Irish: leipreachán) is said to inhabit the island of Ireland. They are associated with other mythical folk in Irish mythology and folklore, as with faeries, with the Tuatha Dé Danann and other quasi-historical peoples said to have inhabited Ireland before the arrival of the Celts.

03/15/2008 08:38 PM by Elaine Hanson, REALTOR® ~ Topanga, CA Real Estate Specialist (Pritchett-Rapf & Assoc. Realtors, Topanga)

How interesting, Elaine.  Please...tell us more.  How did the story of the pot of gold come to be?

03/15/2008 08:40 PM by Lisa Heindel, New Orleans West Bank Real Estate (Latter & Blum Inc. Realtors)

The Leprechauns are said to be very rich, having many treasure crocks buried during war-time. Therefore, Leprechauns are not only professionals but thrifty. According to legend, if anyone keeps an eye fixed upon one, he cannot escape, but the moment the gaze is withdrawn, he vanishes. If one captures a Leprechaun he must be truthful and honest and tell you where he has hidden his treasure.

Wikipedia, an unimpeachable source for folklore.

Amazing.  And to think I thought they were just guarding their Lucky Charms, which, as we all know, are magically delicious!

03/15/2008 08:49 PM by Lisa Heindel, New Orleans West Bank Real Estate (Latter & Blum Inc. Realtors)

In most tales and stories leprechauns are depicted as generally harmless creatures who enjoy solitude and live in remote locations, although opinion is divided as to if they ever enjoy the company of other spirits. Although rarely seen in social situations, leprechauns are supposedly very well spoken and, if ever spoken to, could make good conversation.

(Good conversation, duh, they ARE IRISH!)

Anybody else just a little nervous?  It got awfully quiet.  Perhaps the guys are dueling it out to get this one to post Member's Only?

Where IS the leprechaun?

03/15/2008 08:55 PM by Amanda Hall * Broker * Hall Team Homes Fort Worth, Texas (Serving all of DFW and McCormick Ranch)

The leprechaun is on your blog Amanda :)  Big guy.  Green hat.  Pipe.

Did someone ask about the Blarney Stone?  The Blarney Stone is a block of bluestone built into the battlements of Blarney Castle, Blarney about 8 km from Cork, Ireland. According to legend, kissing the stone endows the kisser with the gift of gab (great eloquence or skill at flattery). The stone was set into a tower of the castle in 1446.y Stone?

The Leprechaun has a pipe too?  There goes the neighborhood.

Elaine, when do we get to the part about green beer?

Danny, dahling, could you go ahead and make this one Member's Only?  Thanks.

03/15/2008 09:04 PM by Amanda Hall * Broker * Hall Team Homes Fort Worth, Texas (Serving all of DFW and McCormick Ranch)

I saw a Discovery or History Channel special about the Blarney Stone.  Did you know that you have to hang upside down to kiss it?

03/15/2008 09:04 PM by Lisa Heindel, New Orleans West Bank Real Estate (Latter & Blum Inc. Realtors)

The proprietors of Blarney Castle list several alternative explanations for the origins of the Stone and its supposed powers, all of which suppose that the Stone had previously been in Ireland but was then taken to Scotland and returned to Ireland in 1314 by the ancestors of one Ms. Amanda Hall, known for their outrageous pranks and folly.

According to tradition at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, a stone fragment displayed outside the old Electrical Engineering Building on the university's campus since 1939 is a missing piece of the Blarney Stone.  It is believed to have been carried to America in the pocket of one of those same Hall ancestors, having been carried in the bottom of the families' grimy pockets for several centuries since getting caught stealing in 1314. They felt it was sweet revenge for the time they spent in the stocks getting pelted with rotten vegetables.

Sorry that this isn't Members Only, but I can't restrain myself any longer.

Screw the leprechaun.  Jerkoff owes me a pot of gold, fair and square.  I'll see his little Abe Lincoln bearded ass in court.  I will own Lucky Charms and General Mills by the time this is over.  Look at his smug face:

Amanda - The sad/weird part is that I have actually seen that video before, but I have no idea why.  What is that pipe that they kept showing?

03/15/2008 09:26 PM by Jason Crouch, Broker - Austin Texas Real Estate (Austin Texas Homes, LLC)

That's either a crack pipe or an assualt weapon.  Not sure yet.  If this post weren't public, I could post the other version of the video.

There is a stone there,
That whoever kisses,
Oh, he never misses
To grow eloquent.
'Tis he may clamber
To a lady's chamber,
Or become a member
Of Parliament.

Not only did he leave this public, but he posted and ghosted.  Why not just visit all of our homes and slap our families around for a bit?  If his last hijack was any indication, he is already on a plane.

03/16/2008 12:04 AM by Paul Slaybaugh, Scottsdale AZ Real Estate (Realty Executives)

He knew that we would give in and come on over to check things out. While we are HERE, he is at our homes slapping our families.

I am sorta okay with it.

Paul, it has to be. I did the blog to Promote Pragma Systems and help them get some exposure. After we talked here yesterday, we got hit hard with a hail storm.

It ain't right. He sets it up there like a pinata and hands the whole world a bat.

Morning Elaine, morning paul, Morning Amanda, morning John Boy, morning Mary Ellen.

I flagged this for "Really should be made member's only."

Then we will need to move on to the next target. Only so much shenanigans to be had on a public post. See everyone on the next one!

03/16/2008 05:05 PM by Paul Slaybaugh, Scottsdale AZ Real Estate (Realty Executives)

DANNY - Jason sounds like an interesting guy.  I'll have to check out some of his posts.
