One of these days I need to take a trip to Denver to visit Donna and Rich

It has been a while since I last passed through the mile high city of Denver, well over 25 years at least.

I used to travel through here often when I worked in New Mexico, on my way from New Mexico up to the Black Hills and then on to Wisconsin.

Lately I have been making lots of new friends in this area so it would be nice to travel through here again.

My first stop in the Denver area is in a little town called Parker, which is most famous for two Real Estate professionals, Rich and Donna Foerster aka The Foerster Team.

Rich and Donna work with a company known as Rocky Mountain Real Estate Advisors where they like to work more as consultants than salespeople, seeking solutions for their clients’ complex needs rather than just selling them a house.

Donna and Rich are highly qualified with over 30 years in customer service, the most recent with Keller Williams.

Rich has a degree in Accounting and Donna has a degree in Business Administration, and together they also have a wealth of real estate designations with letters like GRI, CNE, CDPE, SFR, SRES, and CSHP.

They are active in the community and they also keep busy with their family where they are blessed with grandchildren whom they love spending time with.

I first met Donna when she wrote an unsolicited post about my son Nick and I shortly after I started on Active Rain, and I have been one of her biggest fans ever since then.

Donna is like a Cheerleader on Active Rain, always with a big smile, and always finding something positive to talk about.

This past month she did a little bit of cheerleading on two fronts, first she hosted a challenge for us all to write about 3 people who we would like to meet, and second she has been sending out lots of comments promoting the International Active Rain Meetup that her neighbor Dick Greenberg proposed.

I think that we are all fortunate to have Donna working and smiling in the Rain every day. 

I think that the good people of Parker Colorado are even more fortunate to have her there to help them find the very best solutions for their Real Estate needs.
