I just returned from visiting a potential condo listing in the Marina District of San Francisco. Built in 1991 after the 1989 earthquake, this building should be very safe. Third (top) floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 car parking with partial views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay. What a great location and just a short walk to Marina Green, St. Francis Yacht Club, and the Palace of Fine Arts.
As I was leaving I drove around the block to Marina Blvd. and back to Divisadero Street to head on home, only a 20 minute drive in mid day. But the view was so beautiful I had to drive around the block again and take this picture of the Marina at the yacht club.
It always amazing when I drive around the City on every day errands or business. My neighborhood of West Portal is beautiful in itself, but I am constantly reminded how unique every part of San Francisco is.
