This is a new feature that I am rolling out for 2007. I call it NOT MY LISTING. My plan is to pick out a listing, perhaps once a month, that I think is a great deal and blog about it. I will only pick out good listings and say nice things about them. I won't give out the address or the MLS number on my blog, but you are welcome to call me or email me for more info. There are always a handful of good houses that haven't sold because of lack of marketing and nothing else. You can search the entire Leavenworth real estate market here.

February's NOT MY LISTING
This home is the classic Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee vacation home. It sits on a ½ acre lot at the end of a quiet street in the Ponderosa neighborhood. (Ponderosa is served by a community water system, has a playground, pool and clubhouse, and has access to the Wenatchee River.) The home has two bedrooms. One is a large master with a large bathroom and it's own private deck. Cathedral ceilings are covered in tongue and groove pine ceiling and large windows let in lots of natural light.. Built in the past few years, it doesn't need a lot of updating. I think it is the best deal on the market under $300,000. Homes on the same street sold recently for $325,000 and $365,000.

Actually anything in your market under $300K that doesn't leak and is liveable is almost a great listing... best of luck and a good idea!
