Horsham township, Montgomery County,Real estate market report, September 2013

I looked up the mls for real estate activity in Horsham township in august 2013. I looked for residential listings sold in June . This does not include homes not listed, commercial and multi units . It is deemed to be correct but subject to errors and omissions.

There were 19 homes that settled in September 2013.

The average original list price was $ 293,457

The average last list price was $283,205

The average sale price was $271,384

Highest sale price was $645,000

The lowest sale price was $ 125,000

The average days the homes were marketed was 74

The average settled price to original price ratio 91.69%

The average settled price to last list price ratio is 96.49%
