My favorite type of home to sell is NEW CONSTRUCTION! Buyers love it too. There is just something so wonderful about having a home that is all yours and has never been someone else's. Plus, if you have never bought a new home before, something you have to look forward to is going to the design center and picking out all of your options! That is such a great feeling.
One of the new home communities that I really like is Chandler Estates in Apopka. There are lots of new communities in Apopka, which is really an up and coming city. The new Wekiva Parkway is already under construction and that will make commuting to Apopka much easier for many people. There are already several toll roads up and running that cut down on drive time for many. There are tons of brand new offices, retail space, homes, even hospitals, and college campuses are planned for this "new" part of Apopka!
The builder in Chandler Estates is one of my favorites, DR Horton. They have a great repuation, build beautiful homes, have a fantastic design center, and great prices! The homes in Chandler Estates range from 3 to 4 Bedroom Homes From 1,870 to 2,754 Square Feet. All floor plans are very open and modern. The community features basketball courts, walking trails, and a playground. Right now Chandler Estates is offering to pay up to $8,000 towards the buyer's closing costs, which is a huge savings! Think of all the things you could do with that money in your brand new house if you didn't have to pay it toward closing costs!
Prices are steadily increasing, and interest rates are rising, so my advice is to not wait. If you want a brand new home, now is the perfect time!
