However, the next step provided the key to wealth building. 

I've blogged about this before. The key to success is earning more than you spend. 

Even more significant, most of their earnings were earned through one vehicle: investment property. 

To this many will ask: "Can I make money today?" or, as I was asked this week "Isn't the investment thing over?"

The answer is simple- There will always be positive cash flow opportunities. They just tend to be hidden in different locations depending on market conditions.
