Vickie - what a great way to show clients your area (I hope the respondents are REAL clients). When I went to see a Ginn project outside of Orlando they provided helicopter tours and it really was a fantastic way to get a perspective of the entire area. Great way to set yourself apart!

Hi Sharon, thanks a bunch!!! As with my other Buyers, these respondents will still be required to first present verification of their ability to purchase a home (whether through a Loan Pre-Approval letter or documentation verifying funds available for a Cash purchase). Good point...you understand the importance of doing this! Speaking of Ginn, I've heard great things about Ginn Resorts, but haven't been a guest or viewed one yet.... it's great that they offered Helicopter Tours.
