I am thankful for a New Day.
As I begin this day I give thanks for all the love in my life... for all the comforts in my life... and for all that bring joy into my life...
Several times a month I make a list of no less than 100 things I am thankful for. There is so much that we take for granted. I often suggest to someone in a negative space that they make a list of 100 things that they are thankful for. More often than not they respond with, "Like what". I respond to their response with, "how about starting with your eyes, that see or your ears that hear... get the picture..."
Last night Rich and I spoke about the fact that the folks in the Philippines know that a storm is coming thanks to the technology we enjoy in our world... Imagine living in a time, when a storm hit with no warning... Yes we are thankful for technology...
Most of all every New Day... I give thanks to God for all that I am and all that I have.
May I please you and may I make you proud as I go through this New Day that you have blessed me with. May I be joyful and may I bring joy to all in your name Father Jesus.
