Congratulations to the new Mayor of Annapolis, MD

Small town politics is just as difficult as big town politics any day of the week. Annapolis, MD, certainly not a big town, but with it's own unique form of challenges and politics has elected a new Mayor.

Congratulations to Mike Pantelides, a 30 year old software salesman, who is now the Mayor of the State Capital of Maryland.

I doubt that anyone will be calling the 59 vote victory a mandate, but a win is a win, and Mike gets to serve for the next four years.

Personally, I find it refreshing that someone so young, has such a passion for public service. Congratulations Mike, and good winds moving forward.

That is awesome that it is a young person that cared enough to get involved.  I wish more would...

Rich, It's great to see some of the young pups that have that fire able to win an election.  Hope it goes well for him and Annapolis (I have a little bias in wanting to see things go well there!).  Bill
