Sunset on Indian Beach by John BuetergerdsSunset video - Indian Beach in Indian Beach / Sapphire Shores.

I am so very fortunate to live and sell real estate in one of the most enchanting neighborhoods in Florida, the Indian Beach / Sapphire Shores neighborhood in Sarasota, Florida. Yet, I often forget to take the time to stop and enjoy the sunsets. But not this time, in fact, my timing couldn't have been better.

Rushing Past Paradise.

How often do we find ourselves rushing past the very things that originally drew us to a neighborhood or community? It seems to happen to me all too often. As I focus on my real estate business, or when I get wrapped up in helping my buyers and sellers find what they want, or even when I'm doing the simplest of errands, I somehow forget the beauty of Sarasota and how I am surrounded by so many wonderful sights. I live in paradise! A place where others dream of coming for just a week, a month, or even just a day. I love what I do and I know being focused on taking care of others is noble. However, it seems to have a way of pulling me from the other things in life that I should be appreciative of. Well this is the day that an exception was made, and I am so glad it was.

I had just come from dropping off a contract to my sellers in the North end of the Indian Beach Sapphire Shores neighborhood, and as I was heading home, I passed this amazing sunset. Gorgeous, breathtaking sunsets are a staple of our IBSS neighborhood, and yet I always seem to miss them. But this is one sunset that I didn't miss and now it will last forever.

This Sunset Just Caught Me.

I have to tell you, as I drove past Indian Beach this sunset just caught me; I was mesmerized. I made a quick trip around the block, parked the car and jumped out to catch this Indian Beach sunset over Sarasota Bay. What also became clear to me is that I had to share this moment, and as the sun dropped below Longboat Key, I realized I need to stop a little more often.

Kiss Your Wife and Share Life's Special Moments!

I need to put my toes in the sand just a few more times a month, watch a beautiful sunset anywhere I can, and most of all, I need to make sure I kiss my wife and tell her I love her just a little more often.

Sharing a sunset video on Indian Beach in Indian Beach / Sapphire Shores is a joy. I hope you'll share this sunset video as well. In fact, I dedicate this sunset to all those that are hustling and bustling and missing great sunsets. I hope you enjoy the quiet, tranquil moment at the end when it finally sets. It's a wonderful moment.

So happy to have found a home there for my daughter and family

A great walk from their house to the park to watch these sunsets!
