This weeks Market Report for San Clemente and surrounding areas from a San Clemente Realtor Mark Paulson shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were up 19.6 percent, for new homes up 5.0 percent and for resale condos up 20.3 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 15.3 percent and up 12.4 percent on condos and up 49.5 percent for new homes.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 23.3 percent and the sales volume is down 1.4 percent.
- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 10.9 percent and the sales volume is down 4.5 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 12.4 percent and the sales volume is up 6.0 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 5.3 percent and the sales volume is down 5.9 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are up 11.8 percent and the sales volume up 24.6 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 17.3 percent and the sales volume is down 31.1 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 10.3 percent and the sales volume is down 22.8 percent.
I find it truely amazing that the market continues to increase in median price. The market continues to grow and grow. Even if the number of homes being sold are continuing to decrease in number.
