An interesting thing happened, i was researching some data for market reports to try to do a month to month comparison but with a shortage of listings i am finding a lot of 0's. I like the concept of year to date and think that may work better for me. how do you handle when there is no sales?

Hi Scott - Thanks for your comment. Since I'm using fairly large active neighborhoods, I rarely run into that problem. Since this is all tied to my preset IDX searches, I've mostly set up for bigger busier neighborhoods. There is one in Greely that is a new, and slow, subdivision, but there are always a couple of ytd sales to report - just nothing new.

Hi Dick -- more interesting insights of a popularly priced neighborhood in Fort Collins.   I can see how Brown Farm would be an attractive choice for first time homebuyers transitioning from being renters.
