Seattle King County Realtors ® Class Purchase and Sale Agreement
Education is extremely important in the real estate profession. Laws change and we must keep updated on these changes especially when it comes to contracts. For example the purchase and sale agreement.
On November 18, 2013 the Seattle King County Realtors ® will be holding a class for its members on the statewide purchase and sale agreement. It includes the latest changes.
This class will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at their Bellevue location.
The fee is $49 for realtors ®. For non-realtors ® the fee is $74 for the class.

Lana: I totally agree with you. Here in Hawaii, we need to take annual continuing education classes to keep up with laws that are coming up, etc. And in California, I am facing 45 hours of continuing ed to renew my broker's license. But I love it all.
